Thank you for purchasing the Baby Dream Machine product which has been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. If, unfortunately, something should go wrong with this product, Natural Sleep Innovations Limited guarantees free of charge labour and replacement parts irrespective of the country where it is repaired during a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This international Natural Sleep Innovations Limited guarantee complements the existing national guarantee obligations to you of dealers and Natural Sleep Innovations Limited in the country of purchase and does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

The Natural Sleep Innovations Limited guarantee applies provided the product is handled properly for its intended use, in accordance with its operating instructions and upon presentation of the original invoice or cash receipt, indicating the date of purchase, dealer’s name and model and production number of the product.

The Natural Sleep Innovations Limited guarantee may not apply if:

  • The documents have been altered in any way or made illegible.
  • The model or production number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
  • Repairs or product modifications and alterations have been executed by unauthorised service organisations or persons.
  • Damage is caused by accidents including but not limited to lightning, water or fire, misuse or neglect.

Please note that the product is not defective under this guarantee in the case where modifications become necessary in order for the product to comply with local or national technical standards which apply in countries for which the product was not originally designed and/or manufactured. Therefore always check whether a product can be used in a specific country.

In case your Baby Dream Machine product is not working correctly or is defective, please contact your Natural Sleep Innovations Limited dealer. In the event you require service whilst in another country a dealer address can be given to you by the Natural Sleep Innovations Limited Consumer Help Desk in that country, the telephone and fax number of which can be found on our website.

  • Do not use the Baby Dream Machine if the child weighs over 48 pounds (22kg) or is too active to use the Dream Machine safely.
  • Do not position too close to any sources of heat or naked flame or additional hazards such as electrical flexes, curtains etc.
  • Always use the Baby Dream Machines safety strap.
  • Only use the power supply provided.
  • The Baby Dream Machine is not a toy and should not be used as such by other children.
  • This product is not intended for commercial use.
  • Check the Baby Dream Machine before each use and do not use if any parts are damaged or missing.
  • Only use replacement parts from Natural Sleep Innovations Limited. Parts may be obtained by contacting customer care on 0844 545 0500.

Caring for your Dream Machine

Problem:

  • Baby Dream Machine won’t operate.

  • Protective device activated. Unplug power supply from machine and power socket, wait 5 minutes then reconnect and restart the Baby Dream Machine.
     
  • Fuse inside the power plug has blown. (Test and if so replace fuse)


Problem:

  • Baby Dream Machine runs very slowly.

Possible reasons for problem:

  • Baby Dream Machine has been overloaded. Stop machine reduce weight and start machine again.

Payment Terms
Delivery
We are committed to the delivery of your goods as quickly as possible after receipt of your payment. For UK mainland deliveries this is normally within 14 days but please allow up to 28 days. You should note any restrictions described on the site with regard to last delivery dates before holiday periods.

If we are unable to deliver your goods within 28 days of receiving your order, we will inform you, and then if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund any money you have paid.

Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, we will dispatch part of your order to you with the remainder following later. The delivery charge will be levied when the first part of the order is sent to you. Some items may arrive different times due to dispatch from different depots.

Delivery charges
A delivery charge will be made for all orders. For UK mainland deliveries the charge will be detailed at the time you place an order.

For outside UK mainland a delivery surcharge will apply . In such circumstances we will be notify you of the cost and obtain your acceptance prior to processing your order.

Guarantee and Returns
All products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and are supplied with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Should any product purchased be found to be faulty or damaged in transit, then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at your discretion, entirely at our cost. All returns must be notified within 7 days of delivery of the products.

In the event of purchasing an item mistakenly through no fault of Natural Sleep Innovations Limited, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to us unused and in saleable condition. In this case if you are unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage, we reserve the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of collecting the item.

All items are subject to availability. Whilst we endeavour to display products on our site that are held in stock, if the products ordered are not available we will advise you of this as soon as reasonably possible. We will give you the option of ordering an alternative product or receiving a full refund. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time.

If you are a consumer [i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business] you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us if you wish to cancel within 14 days, starting on the day after the goods have been delivered to you. Should you choose to cancel then the goods must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging, together with your receipt. Please note that the cost of returning the goods can only be refunded if the goods are faulty.

Pricing
All prices are shown in £ [GBP] sterling. All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing and include (in Europe ) VAT at 17.5%.We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 17.5%. We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to change prices either up or down.

The price we charge will be that quoted on the site at the time you place your order. However, you may find a different price should you look on our site at a different time.

Our contract with you
In all respects, English law governs all contracts formed between Natural Sleep Innovations Limited and customers as a result of using this site. All users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Until a customer's credit or debit card has been charged for the sale of our products or services, no contract will exist or apply between a customer and Natural Sleep Innovations Limited. The charging of the customer's card will be deemed our acceptance of their offer and the effective communication of our acceptance to them. This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of England in its entirety and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full.

We reserve right to refuse any order at our discretion.

We may change the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting such changes on the Site. Your continued use of the site after notice of changes shall mean you are bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

We may not necessarily keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order. You are therefore advised to print a copy of them for your information in the future.
